Happy Valentine's Day!

Just a little note to my fellow quilters/bloggers to wish you a Happy Valentine's Day. Hope yours is filled with love, (and lots of fabric!!). Have a great one :)

About me...

I come from a small town in Kansas where I spent my entire childhood. I moved to Lawrence, Kansas to attend the University of Kansas where I obtained my degree in Management in Summer 2007. It was after that, I started a new job and met my husband. We got married May 17, 2011 at the lake where we enjoy spending our summers.

I enjoy quilting with my mom and have a great time doing so. We both also have fabric addictions and love to shop together as well. We make a great team and enjoy every second of it!! I made my first "quilt" with my grandma at a very young age and her and my mom gave us squares that we could sew and practice. I believe that was a small start to what I consider a life long love of art and quilting.

Our first child was born on April 3, 2012. Our beautiful baby boy, Wyatt Dean was born at 7:54am, weighing 7 lbs 15oz, 20 3/4 in long. He is such a blessing!

I am still gathering pictures of quilts I have done through the years so keep coming back for more. I have many projects that are started and waiting completion and will be posted soon as well. Thank you for visiting and come back soon!
